Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Palm House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all reservations, guests, and visitors.

• • Reservations are confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received.
• • Guests must provide accurate personal information during the booking process.
• • Palm House reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if false or misleading information is provided.

• • Full payment or the required deposit must be made before check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• • Payments may be made using the payment methods available on our website.
• • Any outstanding balance must be settled before or at check-in.

• • A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in.
• • The deposit covers damages, lost keys, unpaid charges, excessive cleaning, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
• • The security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the room.
• • Any deductions will be supported by appropriate documentation where applicable.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and may take 5–14 business days after approval.

* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

All guests must present a valid government-issued identification or passport upon arrival, in accordance with local regulations.

Guests agree to:

• 🧹 Keep the room clean and in good condition.
• 🤫 Respect other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
• 🚫 Refrain from illegal activities on the property.
• 🚭 Not smoke inside the rooms unless specifically permitted.
• 👥 Not exceed the maximum room occupancy.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required as a result of their stay. Charges may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately.

Visitors may be allowed only with prior approval from management and must comply with all property rules. Overnight visitors who are not registered are strictly prohibited.

Palm House is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables.

Palm House shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or utility failures.

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a guest's stay without refund in cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Illegal or dangerous conduct.
• Harassment of staff or other guests.
• Damage to property.

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. Palm House shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, or losses except where required by applicable law.

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation management, legal compliance, and service improvement in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
